At twenty-three, he and his business partner renovated an old theater to bring live music and cinema back to their community. The shows were great and the space was beautiful, but people were not showing up. The problem wasn't the shows. Nobody could find them. So Evan taught himself search marketing before most people had heard of it, and the theater filled up. That spark led him to found HEARD Digital Marketing, helping more than 350 local businesses get found, get trusted, and get booked. He went on to build DoorDesk.ai, bringing AI-powered automation to property management. TopSpin Digital is where all of that landed: the theater lesson, the 350 local businesses, the automation work at DoorDesk.
